I was born and raised on an irrigated farm/ranch in northern Colorado where I ran the operation for 15 years after finishing junior college, while also serving as a volunteer firefighter, chief, and EMT.
I purchased a vegetation control business in Wyoming in the mid ‘90s, and moving to Wyoming, while operating that business and returned to UW to earn a Bachelor’s in Ag Business.
I spent my first years working at the state legislature as part of that degree. Wrapping up my formal education, I
earned a Master of Ag Business from Kansas State University, and started Agrimind LLC.
I have over 30 years of experience with government regulation which has led me to be wary of bureaucracy and its detrimental effects on personal liberties and small business.
My wife Jeanne and I live north of Laramie where we keep a large garden, livestock and pets. We are Christian Catholics, serving at St. Paul’s Newman Center, and remain committed to community service and serving their fellow man.
